INSITES | Session 3 : Connections to Play | For children aged between 8 and 11 | Book Your Space
For children between 8 and 11 years of age who enjoy group activities and/or performing arts. Parents can stay and relax in The Old Market Bar or can leave a contact mobile telephone number and return by 2pm to see the performances at the end of the day.
Does your child enjoy stories and have an active imagination? Do they enjoy taking part in group activities?
In this session at The Old Market, children will be led through many structured theatre-based games and activities exploring the building which are designed to encourage imaginative and social skills. Above all, the session will be fun and will allow young children to have a rare glimpse into the behind-the scenes-world of a theatre and to create their own unique performance which will be shared within the group at the end of the day.
