It is with glee that TOM welcomes back the brilliantly adept theatre minds of Spun Glass Theatre (Ink, You Left Me in the Dark, Laura) with their monthly Scratch afternoon.
With a focus on promoting new writing, Spun Glass Theatre will ensure that new ideas are given a sure start. Five teams of new writers will have ten minute slots to try their new poetry, script, short story, stand up; anything goes. An afternoon event for all ages.
There’ll be time in between acts and after the show to fill in feedback forms, get some hot or cold drinks and cake, and discuss the work. If you’re a watcher, you may be inspired to get scratching yourself. (Writing, that is.)
