CONCESSIONS

Where available, concessions apply for the following…

Disabled
Student (full-time, with valid photo ID)
Child (under 16, must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+ at all times)
Senior (65+)
On a form of Income-Related Benefits (JSA, Universal Credit etc.)

Some events do not have concession prices, and concessions can vary between events, check the individual event page or contact us if you’re uncertain. We may ask for proof of concession on arrival, please bring your ID just in case.

We offer free tickets for Companions via our Access Register. For more info, visit our Access section by clicking here. We’d recommend booking access tickets directly through our website, rather than through a 3rd party ticketing outlet, as our team will then be able to directly cater for your needs.

PRICES AND DOOR TIMES

Doors to the venue and TOM’s Bar open 45 minutes before the start time, or at the time listed on your ticket. Times are published in good faith but may be subject to change. As we are situated in a residential area, please only arrive at our venue from the door time stated. We do not allow overnight queuing or early queuing at our venue.

A venue levy of £2 is added to each ticket sold and is listed alongside the published ticket prices. The levy allows us to meet running costs, make improvements to our venue and develop the service that we offer. The venue levy is exempt from any discounts (including TOM’s Friends discounts).

Ticket prices are published in good faith, but at the discretion of the event promoter, tickets may cost more if bought ‘on the door’ (when doors to the venue open). We always recommend booking in advance, not just for the best price, but it also gives peace of mind to the artist that they’ll have an audience to perform to.
